Overall the book was excellent, but the data is only relevant to 2000. Most of the data needs update after the 2008 crisise. But at least if you are interested in business park development, this book gives you a solid start.
Provides a good overview of the decision making process for developing business and industrial parks with some excellent case studies covering the economic analysis for initiating new construction.Only reason I did not provide a fifth star was that the material is now about 10 years out of date, and it requires some re-working to incorporate changes to the industry since the 2007/08 recession and trends in the current market-place.
